Bruce Willis, Religion, and Heaven Bruce Willis grew up with a religious background, but in 2013 decided to create a motto "Live it Up" and make his own religion.  1st that violates God's Commandments (*), but also the kind of thing he thinks Heaven is like, does actually sound like some of what will happen in actual eternity... in the new Heaven and New Earth. Eternity isn't a place with money. So you don't need to be concerned about that. You also still have a job, a role, and do work. But you are enjoying eternity and love God. You are living how humans were originally created to, and that's great! While Bruce understands cults go sideways and are false, he doesn't realize how making up your own religion violates the 1st and 2nd commandment. Is Baptism required for salvation?  No. It is not part of salvation process. It simply publicly something you do AFTER you are saved to shows you have been  saved. Baptism is public testimony of a believer and  1st act of obedience after repentance of sin [once & for all].  Showing the world you align with Christ.  Baptism is simply symbolically showing you died to self and were raised to new life in Christ thru his death burial and resurrection. The Corrupt needs Reinstall. As a sinner you are basically a computer that has a virus that corrupted its system (corrupted/sin), and needs the owner (God) to repair the system (your nature). In order to do so the computer (you) has to accept the correction "fix program" (Jesus/salvation) to reinstall (replace the corrupt ver) & repair (the relationship). Once the owner robots the computer the system is clean and fixed (saved, forgiven, and has a new nature). The system works now as it was originally designed to do, when it was created.  Footnotes:
