So the books here are generally fine.  Use discernment and be very leary of her material after recent years. Dont get anything from her thats newly published.  The books I've read are pretty solid, some of the newer stuff is not as good  [other more solid studies on those matters exist elsewhere], and she sits under the teaching of Matt Chandler, who's sadly gone woke. ...

Looking for some good books on church history, as well as books talking more about how the Bible was compiled (how and when what books were decided to be cannon when others were not). I do not have a lot of knowledge on this subject but would like to grow in it. A: Well these can be good resources 1. Canon & Reliability (deep dive - lower link) 2. On church history  (69 hrs) Books -Church History in Plain Language by Bruce Shelley is the best church history book you can start out with. -Invitation to Church History by John Hannah would be really good too. If they have no money, see if your pastor has the book, inquore if any members have it, or if the church library does. They are neither biblically Christian nor should be published as they are decieving and leading minds astray from Scripture.  There's a lot of bad books out there, books by false teachers and also cults, so if you go thru these first, and reputable ministries list, by the time you reach the end of this resources vault you'll be able to gauge and discern who are authors you can trust as biblically accurate. And others you'll need to ask your pastor about.
