Q: Who is walking in the Garden fellowshipping with Adam & Eve, speaking to Moses at Sinai & going in the cloud, and other areas God is speaking in OT, or present... is that always Jesus? Being the Word and the one sent by the Father? Or is the Father there/ speaking in some places in the OT?  If the latter, then both were speaking, and here, so how do we know which one in each situation? A: Did he tho? God is perfect and holy, unlike sinful fallen man. God is not like us, he is very otherly. Youre thinking as a fallen sinful person, not looking at things rightly. Your wrong & very much unjustly judging God.  When God judges, it's justice not genocide.  So, let's stop calling divine judgment "genocide," as if God was acting like a human tribal warlord. This wasn't random violence. It was righteous justice. The nations God judged were overflowing with evil-child sacrifice, ritual abuse, and corruption that spread like poison. He gave them centuries to repent.  They didn't. Judgment came. The question isn't "Why would God judge them?" The real shock is "Why hasn't He judged us yet?" God's mercy delays what our sin deserves. And when He finally does act, we call it cruel? You want a God who cares about evil, yet you complain when He judges it. You want justice without wrath.
