Q: Counseling : Smoking or Vaping
Trying to stop smoking and vaping. Q: I’ve come a long way in my journey walking with God. There’s one thing I seem like I cannot stop, and that’s vaping. I’ve been trying for a couple years now, and I seem to always cave. I’ve tried putting myself around others who are nonsmokers, going to no smoking places, and throwing away my vape. Even when I have no money to afford a vape, I’ll ask someone else to buy me a vape, or to hit there’s. It’s not as much of a mental thing, it’s more the physical side effects. I’m in middle of school right now, and when I try to stop vaping I get extremely tired, irritated, and weak. My head will feel foggy and it’s like I’m not all there. I find myself to sin even MORE when I try to stop. I can’t even last 24 hours without it. Please pray, and offer suggestions. I could really use the help.
