The greatest need of every individual is to know who God is. No matter who you are, in the church, outside the church or an atheist, your most basic need is to know God if you are to know yourself and understand the world around you. You need to know who God is and what He is like. Every other knowledge that someone may acquire is a far distant second in importance.
