only 37% of pastors hold to authority and truth of Scripture today. Most pastors on pulpits are not saved (63%), and tend to go to schools that teach opposite of Scripture. " For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires" 2 Timothy 4:3. We need to know the Word, and have very specific long list of questions to interview prospective pastors, so the 63% dont make it into our pulpits. So, it is no wonder 63% of church members and "Christians" who go to church are "giving into" culture and personal preferences of what they rather believe than what God's Word says. *Thats called idolatry and adultery and apostasy according to Scripture. And given that most in "church" today are not saved, it is no surprise. Not long ago large numbers of churches were surveyed from pulpits to find only 3% read the Bible daily...
