Who is Jesus' God?

Who is Jesus' God? Here is the summarized answer: As who? God himself or as Human?  Jesus [also known as "the Word" prior to his incarnation] is OF the triune Godhead from eternity. He along with the Father and Holy Spirit ALWAYS existed. After creating the world (and at the right time)...The Word came to earth and "took on" human flesh, [born through a woman], in order to be the Savior because God calls for mans blood [everything points to Calvary] and wrath to fall on someone [see OT sacrifices "shadow example"] but the real deal had to be human. Thus God put on flesh and became a man. The perfect sinless man. The 2nd Adam. To be the propitiation for our sins. The 3 are equal and of the same essence and nature [perfect].  However "in the plan of redemption", because Jesus was sent from God and put on human flesh [became the GodMan> 100% God and 100% human] he therefore "had to submit in his humanity" to the Father -and humbly...

Why Pray if God's will is done anyway?

Image
Q: Why Pray if God's will is done anyway? This can be answered here or here @24:07-30:35 mark The goal isnt sinful sefish desires being met.  Man's Prayer doesnt make God do things. He doesnt exist to do what we want, quite the opposite. And we (who walk in truth and the faith) dont say well God isnt doing what I want [including answering prayers the way I want them answerd], so phowey, or whoa as me. No. Prayer is to 1. Communicate with God, and 2. align ourselves to God's Will.  ....And prayer itself is a privilege.  Related Understanding Prayer , and related helps.  Resources for Believers

Q: Please help me understand something that I struggle with. I have recently been saved, after years of just not knowing what I believed. I no longer have doubts about who my Lord and Savior is, and I know Jesus loves me, but there are things I don’t understand. I pray to God all the time. I pray to thank Jesus for His sacrifice for us. I pray worshipping God the way that He should be worshipped, and to tell Him that I love Him. I pray to thank Him for answering my prayers. I pray before a meal to thank Him for the food provided that will nourish my body. They are prayers where I simply state truths about my thoughts and feelings, expressing my gratitude, etc. and I don’t ask for anything of Him or give my burdens to Him in these prayers.  Then there are the times I pray for a request. I pray for something I really need to happen, either for myself, for someone I care about, or even for a total stranger. I call those my “request prayers”. After the request I always add, “if it is y...
