Note on Sin and freewill. Death, judgment & eternal condemnation

To be clear, God's Word reveals that sinners are condemned for their sin. They willingly choose to suppress the knowledge of God and truly desire to sin the sins that they sin, and are indeed condemned *for* the sum of their works. We are compatabilists, not fatalists—God’s knowing / ordaining / granting of the sinner’s sin is not coercive—the will of the creature is at liberty to make the choices it makes, as long as God allows it. We can see with Pharoah and Nebuchadnezzar as well as with the Apostles when they were prevented from or delayed from their desire. Man plans but God's plans prevail. Conversely, the elect are saved *not* for the sum of their works, but from sheer grace of God, through faith, by His will and foredecision. And by the drawing of man by the Holy Spirit, reasoning with him & showing him truths, man then is led to the cross, and God converts. Making it both God's will and man's will to obey the Gospel, which has the power to convert men, and...

Where do people go after death?

Q: Where do people go after death? A: There us only 2 places and both are eternal. Heaven (to be with Jesus) or Hell (awaiting the eternal Lake of Fire). (1) Where you go depends on if you are "born again" or not.  All are already Hellbound cuz all are sinners, however for those who are redeemed by Christ, who obey the Gospel, whose names were written in the Lambs book of Life from before the foundation of the world, are saved and Heavenbound. The rest are already judged for rejecting Christ/the Gospel (2) People either die in Christ or in their sins.  This tells us [the basics]  about God , and this about the essentials  of Christianity to understand and believe about God and Jesus.  From there, grasp the Gospel message, which God calls us to obey.  Jesus in Mark 1:15 said " Repent & Believe the Gospel. " Once you obey the Gospel... and your life shows proof God radically transformed you, and you persevere in the Faith, you can know you are saved. If ...

What if there is nothing after Death

A: Well 1. you have nothing to lose, by believing. But 2. we know it is true that there is. You can have confidence in it too.  If you exist, someone intelligent designed and created you.  God has revealed Himself to us, and is real.  4 ways God reveals Himself  The Word he gave us, the 66 books of Scripture, are truth. God is truth and only speaks truth.  Thus God is trustworthy, truthful, and all he told us that awaits after death is true. It's true that all die due to sin and people's soul will either go to Hell or to be with Jesus. We know from History that Biblical people and places were real. Prophecy confirms the Bible, Science confirms the Bible. Even Archeology since 1928 has unearthed a ton and only points to what Scripture has said. We also know from history and Scripture and non Christian Historians since Jesus day, that Jesus of Scripture lived and resurrected. No one would spread the Gospel, rejoice in persecution and be willing to die for a lie. W...

Why not a deathbed confession?

Q: Why not wait until your deathbed to turn to God? A: Well first of all God calls us all to repent and obey the Gospel "today". So its rebellion to not obey the Creators command.  But also... 1. When will you die? You dont know. You could be among the 160,000 who die today.  2. Is eternal damnation worth the gamble that you'll live longer/long enough to have that opportunity? What if your wrong about your death timing? 3. If you hear the Gospel and understand the expense, great lengths God went to to make you right with Him, restoring you, and giving you a righteous nature to live right... if you understand the cost of redeeming you and the love of God towards you... why would anyone in their right mind put that off? You could live a life of love & joy in fellowship with God, have God walk with you in life and through hard times. You would have your Creator on your side and always doing what is best & resulting good for you vs being your enemy and being again...
