Since the Fall humans are no longer perfect, we were marred by sin through Adam, since all of us are born from him.  While Christians are not under these 10C given to Israel to uphold legalostically, the moral commandments in it do point us all to the perfection of God's holiness & standard. The 9 reiterated in the NT do help us understand a bit about sin, and reveals how far sinful humans fall from being good/perfect.  Christians (the born again)  are under the Law of Christ*. And yes it says to love God rightly and love other humans made in God's image rightly. So it seems to encompass the 10C... but really it includes much more.  The Law that is written on mans hearts, as Scripture tells us, is the one that fully points to moral perfection; God's unchanging perfection in character and nature. The problem is that they have no logical reason to believe in right and wrong within their own worldview. Right and wrong are Christian concepts which go back to Genesis. By attempting to be moral, therefore, the person is being irrational; for he must borrow biblical concepts which are contrary to his worldview. JC Penney Features Same-Sex Couple in May Catalogue JC Penny was a Christian owned and run company. The founders would be rolling over in their graves. I have been working in West Hollywood for a year now, and hate working there because of the blatant ads promoting homosexuality specifically a Gap ad and a few others billboards featuring two homosexual men with no shirts on kissing. We have to show outrage over these things (agendas) now, and let Hollywood and these companies realize that our voice will be heard. Our letters and online posts will warn them if they keep pushing this on us they will "only have gay customers" if they don't cease this. This shouldnt even be an issue in California. Voters in CA voted for a constitutional amendment for marriage is between a man and woman only.
