Tried Reading the Bible... how can it help me
Why cant I find answers in the Bible? Tried reading the Bible but found it didnt tell me how to find myself, control my anger or have patience, or how to grow as an individual. A: Sounds like you are not a Christian. 1. Anyone who is born again by God has been saved, is a new creation (has spiritual life). 2. Your identity is in Christ, so you can live out your actual purpose. 3. Also you have the Holy Spirit who lives in you who teaches you Scripture. So you will understand it, (since now you have spiritual eyes to understand it). Scripture indeed does tells us how to live as believers. And we walk in righteousness by the new nature, but Scripture guides us to understand what that is and how to live it out, and how to conquer sins. We have to live out the sanctification life by applying what we learn to grow as we gain that knowledge and truth. The Bible contains everything we need.
