We need to know the Word, and have very specific long list of questions to interview prospective pastors, so the 63% dont make it into our pulpits. So, it is no wonder 63% of church members and "Christians" who go to church are "giving into" culture and personal preferences of what they rather believe than what God's Word says. *Thats called idolatry and adultery and apostasy according to Scripture.
