Theres updated info on the Mdec website www.manhattandeclaration.org, which I read. While it shows the declaration is not just for Christians, I now have reservations (since more has been added to the site info). I signed it originally, because I saw it's what Christians, conseratives and those who value what America's founders desired for life in our society, would agree is right - and is very necessary to stand up and speak about this in today's deteriorating society. Yes, I had reservations when Colson was involved with it ( a super red flag to any Christian ), but when several respected and main leaders of the Protestant faith signed it, ( not the wishy washy ones, the real biblical ones )...
